A handy dehumidifier with adsorption technology. Adsorption is useful where the room air is cold or where very low humidity levels are to be achieved. The "DS3" is also ideal for quickly drying laundry in cool cellars . In contrast to condensation dehumidifiers (dehumidifiers with compressors), dehumidifiers with adsorption technology have an almost constant dehumidification performance even at cold temperatures. They require practically no lead time from the start of operation until effective dehumidification begins. Because they are designed without a compressor, these dryers are lightweight at just 7.5 kg. Technologically, the device would still extract water from the air even below freezing point, but then the water in the drip tray freezes, so 0.5°C is the limit for use. The Oasis dehumidifiers are among the most widely used drying devices that have been used successfully for many years on construction sites and by private users.
