A good, affordable racehorse for construction dryers and water damage repairers. Everything that is unnecessary for continuous use has been consistently left out of this dehumidifier. It has neither a display nor a hygrostat (a plug-in hygrostat can be ordered as an option if required). This makes it very easy to use, safe from tampering and extremely affordable. On the other hand, everything that is needed for effective and fast drying is there: powerful dehumidification performance, hot gas defrosting, hour counter as well as large rollers and a guide bar for easy mobility on construction and damage sites.
Easy operation
Commissioning is child's play. Plug in, flip the main switch, and you're done!
The operation will now continue until either the bucket is full or until the dryer is uninstalled. As long as the device is connected to the power supply, it will run reliably and there are no settings that can be accidentally changed or manipulated. This also applies in the event of a power failure: if the power comes back on, the dehumidifier will continue its task with the same settings.
Thanks to the professional hot gas automation, it can also be used in cooler environments without any problems, although the dehumidification power decreases at cold temperatures, as with all condensation dryers. The built-in finned evaporator (cooling element) has an extremely high efficiency in temperate environments and can dry the air to just under 40% RH. The dryer is also equipped with a rotary piston compressor. This means that it can be transported and stored in any position.
Optional hygrostat
Should a hygrostat be required at some point to regulate the target humidity, the dryer is prepared so that the Trotec hygrostat HG110 can be connected directly using a jack plug. Please note the accessories.
bucket and direct hose connection
The water extracted from the air is collected in a 5-litre bucket. A magnetic float automatically stops operation when the bucket is full and a warning light indicates visually that the bucket should be emptied. If necessary, a hose can be connected to the bucket itself if the water can be drained away directly. The hose must be laid in a downward direction as there is no pump integrated into the dryer.
Suitable for unattended continuous operation
This "TTK" is suitable for longer, unattended drying operations. The exact operating time can be determined precisely using the hour counter that is integrated as standard. This is particularly useful for commercial applications. Thanks to the counter, it is also possible to determine whether the device was always in operation or whether it was switched off accidentally or intentionally.
Propane (R290) as an environmentally friendly refrigerant in dehumidifiers
Every year, synthetic refrigerants release several million tons of environmentally harmful CO2 emissions (greenhouse gases) into the air. Therefore, the use of alternative refrigerants is one of our most important goals. By using propane (R290) as a refrigerant, this dehumidifier makes a valuable contribution to climate protection.
The natural refrigerant propane (R290) is an organic compound and is classified as a hydrocarbon. In contrast to synthetic refrigerants, environmentally friendly propane (R290) has neither ozone depletion potential (ODP=0) nor a significant greenhouse effect (GWP=3).
Additional benefit for the environment: Due to its excellent thermodynamic properties, propane (R290) is a particularly energy-efficient refrigerant and thus also reduces your energy costs.
