The "Royal24" can be operated directly via WIFI as well as via a control panel on the top of the housing. Setting the target humidity: The desired target humidity can be set at the touch of a button, i.e. the value at which the device should keep the room stable. If the measured humidity in the room is higher, the device will operate. If the humidity is correct, the device pauses, stopping not only the compressor but also the fan. This is an important point in terms of power consumption and distinguishes the "Royal" from many commercially available products on the market. The desired target humidity can be selected in 5% increments in the range between 30 - 80% relative humidity. To protect a room from mold and odors, a value of around 60% is sufficient, so the ideal setting is 55 or 60%. Lower values do not provide any additional benefit, unless you are drying laundry or there is water damage. Setting mode: There are three drying options to choose from. a) Continuous operation (for drying laundry) b) Room monitoring mode, when the humidity should not exceed a certain value. c) Night mode, in which the ventilation is set to low and the lighting is minimized. Ventilation setting: You can choose between strong and weak ventilation at the touch of a button. On the weak fan setting, operation is very quiet, on the stronger fan setting, the air volume increases, which is an advantage especially in larger rooms. The "Royal24" sucks in the moist room air at the back of the device, where it is cleaned by a removable coarse dust filter. The filter can be removed very easily and cleaned under water. It does not need to be replaced. An internal counter reminds you that the filter should be cleaned after every 600 hours of operation (= approx. once a month). The dry air outlet is at the top of the device. Timer: with the timer, operation can be limited either "from now" (1-12 hours) or started at a time 1-12 hours in the future, for example if you want to start operation at the low tariff. Memory function: If you want to run the device at the same time every day (for example during off-peak hours), you can do this with a standard timer. The "Royal24" remembers the last setting and returns with the same settings after a power failure. Key lock: Prevents unauthorized persons (e.g. children) from playing around with the device and changing the settings. Additional features:
- 3-color display : There is a light on the front that uses three colors to indicate whether the air is very dry, OK, or too humid. A quick glance at the device is enough to quickly find out about the condition of the air.
- Mobile on wheels : The "Royal24" has four wheels, making it easy to move around the room. There are also two recessed handles on the side with which the dehumidifier can be lifted.
- " Dryfix Intelligence ": The software we have developed for particularly economical stop-and-go operation. Prevents the compressor from starting up too often and thus saves a lot of electricity. The software also checks whether the room temperature is too cold or too warm for operation and interrupts operation if necessary.
WIFI control WIFI control: In addition to the operation on the device itself, all models in the "Royal" series are equipped with WIFI control. The "Smart Life" app used for this purpose can be downloaded free of charge for iOS and Android. Minimum requirement:

"Smart Life" is very simple and clear. It has been around for a number of household appliances for a long time and is therefore well developed and tested. To use the app, the dehumidifier only needs to be connected to WiFi in the house. Setting up the app once only takes a few minutes. Once set up, you can monitor and regulate your dehumidifier from anywhere in the world via your cell phone and also request real-time information about the current humidity in the room. This is very practical when traveling abroad and for use in holiday homes. Advantages and Features

Optional HEPA filter
A suitable HEPA filter is available for this model if required. This can be ordered from us as an additional option (not included with the device). The HEPA filter cleans the air of fine dust, pollen, viruses and bacteria with a purity rate of almost 100%. When drying laundry in particular, allergy sufferers appreciate that pollen flying around the room is caught by the filter and is therefore not absorbed by hanging items of clothing or bed linen. The "Royal24" can also be used with the HEPA filter as an air purifier without dehumidification.
