The "105S" dehumidifier closes the gap between inexpensive household dehumidifiers and professional construction dryers. This device is a Trotec in-house development that has taken many customer needs into account. It is made in Germany and is very attractive in terms of what you pay for and what you get. The "105SHC" version offered here is the extended version with a built-in hour counter for optimal control of operation and consumption.
Robust but lightweight
The housing is made of robust aluminum. Aluminum has the advantage that it is durable, but still remains light in weight at just 14.5 kg, which makes carrying the device easier. The dryer also stands on four feet.
Easy operation
The simple control panel allows you to read the current room humidity and temperature, and the desired target humidity can be selected at the touch of a button. The integrated hygrostat stores the value and regulates the performance of the compressor and two-stage fan automatically and in line with requirements. Thanks to the advanced software, the dryer works precisely and more economically than other devices with comparable dehumidification power. Continuous operation is also possible on request.
Timer function: If you want to limit the operation to a specific time, you can use the integrated timer. If you want the dryer to work at the same times every day, it can also be connected to an external timer. Thanks to the memory function, the dehumidifier remembers the last setting and resumes operation with the same setting after a power failure (for example, if you only want to dehumidify during low tariff periods).
Bucket with float and direct hose connection
The condensate water extracted from the air is collected in the inserted bucket as standard. This has a comfortable capacity of 5.2 liters. A float automatically stops operation when the bucket is full. Alternatively, a hose can be connected to drain the water directly into a lower drain. The hose must be laid in a downward direction as there is no pump integrated into the device.
Easy-to-clean air filter
To prevent the interior of the device from becoming excessively dirty, a filter cleans the air in the intake area. This filter is easy to remove and clean. It is reusable.
