Powerful dehumidifier / construction dryer 50B-WDH with calibrated consumption meter.
The "50B" was specially developed to quickly dry water damage, e.g. after high water or flooding. It has a very strong dehumidification capacity and only an on/off switch for optimal operation on construction sites and when drying water damage. A hygrostat for regulating the target humidity was deliberately omitted in this version. Recommended room size up to 120m², from 8°C. The performance and drying speed can be further accelerated with free-standing fans if required (e.g. FN45 from our range).

Important
The "50B" construction dryer is not suitable for use in very cold rooms, as the powerful dehumidification unit can cause it to freeze up during continuous operation below 8°C.

The dryer can be used over a temperature range between +8°C and +32°C, although as with all condensation dryers, the dehumidification power decreases in cooler environments. Examples of dehumidification performance and consumption under different (constant) ambient conditions:
30°C/80% RH: approx. 42 liters (at 60% RH: approx. 21 liters)
20°C/80% RH: approx. 21 liters (at 60% RH: approx. 12 liters
