What is the benefit of the automatic reset function?
If a fan heater in the control unit measures a temperature that is too high, an overheating protection is triggered. In this case, the ventilation runs, but the heating is interrupted. In cheaper models, this protection must be mechanically unlocked. This is normally done by pressing the release switch ("reset" switch) using a pointed object. In this heater, the protection is automatically unlocked as soon as the measured temperature in the control unit returns to the normal level. Since not all users are aware of this process, the automatic reset function is a great advantage in practice.
Miscellaneous
• To operate this heater, a five-pole 32 A power connection 380 V / 415 V (50/60Hz) with CEE32A plug is required.
• As with all high-voltage fan heaters, heating stops when the set target temperature is reached, while ventilation continues to run to protect against overheating.
