The Lübra SecoTec 1700 tumble dryer - from the top ten list - is a high-quality room air tumble dryer and is suitable for drying rooms shared by 2-4 people. Thanks to the new double radial fan, it distributes the 1450m³/h of dry air with good pressure even in larger rooms and is noticeably quieter than dryers with comparable dehumidification performance. Easy operation with the Lübra control • Function switch: here you can choose whether the device should only dry the laundry and then switch off automatically, or whether it should keep the room at a constant target humidity. In this mode, the dryer always runs when the room humidity is higher than the set desired humidity, otherwise the dehumidification and fan pause. • Hygrostat wheel: Rotary switch with which the desired target humidity can be easily regulated. • Start button: If you do not want to change any of the settings, you can start (or stop) the operation by simply pressing the start button. This is an easy-to-understand solution, particularly in drying rooms for several parties. A plexiglass cover is also available on request, which prevents access to the function wheel and hygrostat so that the settings cannot be changed. ambient temperature Technically, Secotec tumble dryers can be used down to 5°C. Please note that the drying time for all room air tumble dryers increases significantly the colder the room is. For optimum drying speed, 15°C and higher are optimal. As with all tumble dryers, installation is extremely simple: a mounting rail is anchored into the wall using 2 screws, and the device can then be hung up. All necessary mounting material such as screws/anchors and 2m of hose is included in the scope of delivery. Both the support rail and the two buffers in the lower part of the device that support the wall are insulated with rubber to minimize the transmission of vibrations to the wall. Due to the high dehumidification performance, we recommend draining the condensate directly into the sink using the hose if possible (1m of hose is included in the scope of delivery). If you want to use a bucket, please ensure that it has enough capacity (at least 8 liters) to avoid overflowing while drying laundry.
