The active electrode B 60 is a sensor for measuring building moisture. It works with a capacitive high-frequency measurement and measures all types of solid materials non-destructively.
It detects the moisture distribution in ceilings, walls, concrete and other hardened building materials. The basic function is the same as the B50 probe, but the B60 also has a built-in limit value adjuster from 20 - 140 digits and an acoustic signal generator.
The following measuring ranges are covered by the B 60
• 0 - 199 digits (scan range), moisture qualification via table
• 0.3 - 8.5 wt.%, conversion depending on the building material via table
• 0.3 - 6.5 CM-%, conversion depending on the building material via table

The electrode can be used with all hydromets that support this procedure, i.e. with the following basic devices:

Using the device and evaluating the data requires some knowledge of moisture measurement.
