Once the target temperature is reached, the device stops cooling (the ventilation always runs, as with most air conditioning units) and switches back on automatically when the room air warms up again (selectable range: 18-32°C). The air conditioning can be limited to a timer of 1 - 24 hours, but can also be programmed 1-24 hours in the future so that it switches on automatically 1 hour before you return or before you go to bed, for example. No memory function, i.e. the device must be restarted after a power failure, therefore not suitable for operation with a timer.
extra cooling
A compartment on the side can be filled with water, which cools the air blown out by another 2°C. This brings a welcome increase in performance during the warmest season.
storage compartment for accessories
The hose and the accessories included in the delivery can be cleverly stored in a compartment prepared for this purpose from above in the device itself.
As with all mobile air conditioners, the ventilation and motor of this model are clearly audible, although the overall noise has been noticeably reduced compared to previous mobile air conditioners in this performance class.
Not suitable for year-round cooling of server rooms.
