The Infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ can be used for perfect searing of meats or for preparing sides and sauces while simultaneously using the main grill. This 18-inch drop-in infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ with dual burners provides plenty of room for searing perfect, juicy, restaurant-quality steaks. The drop-in side burners are constructed from the same premium marine-grade stainless steel as the 700 Series integrated grills and are an ideal addition to your custom outdoor kitchen. These burners offer elegant durability and are designed for effortless installation. Virtually maintenance-free 7.5 mm diameter cooking grates create the signature grill marks that let you know you're looking at a true Napoleon grill. Light the burners with one hand using the JETFIRE™ instant ignition system. The controls emit a gorgeous blue glow for ambiance and safety and turn red when operated. The N370-1091-SER power supply kit is required for all 700 Series integrated burners used in an application without a 700 Series integrated grill to provide power to the control knobs.
