The cast iron is finished with a porcelain coating, just like our cast iron cooking grates, so it looks like your favorite cast iron skillet. The huge surface area of approximately 35 x 45 cm is perfect for sautéing onions and mushrooms, which go well as a side dish to your main course, or for a delicious breakfast for an al fresco meal.
