The BonCarré Black is made of steel. Steel tends to rust in humid conditions, so keep in mind that the fireplace will rust. This process can happen quickly. But don't panic, this is what gives your BonFeu fire its robust appearance!
What's special about the BonCarré fireplace is that you can also use it as a grill. The fireplace comes with a lid, and you can easily replace this lid with three different things: the BBQ grill, the wok ring, or the plancha. If you remove the lid, all three go on top of the BonCarré. You can also turn the lid over and use it as a cooking surface, for example, for making a pot of tea. And while you do all that, you can still enjoy the fire below.
