Let the pizza oven heat up and prepare your pizza in the meantime. Open the oven by lifting the lid or turning it until the oven indicates that it's open. Now you can slide your pizza into the oven with a pizza peel, monitor the temperature, and occasionally wait for a deliciously baked pizza. The lid is easy to lift thanks to the large handle and won't get hot.
