A very powerful construction dryer with brute dehumidification power. Perfect for drying large construction sites and for effectively drying out water damage. This dehumidifier has consistently omitted everything that is unnecessary for continuous use. It has neither a display nor a hygrostat (a plug-in hygrostat can be ordered optionally if required). This makes it very easy to use, safe from tampering and extremely affordable for this performance class. On the other hand, everything you need for fast drying is there: powerful dehumidification performance, hot gas defrosting, hour counter as well as large rollers and a guide bar for easy mobility on construction and damage sites.
Easy operation
It's very easy to set up. Set it up - connect the hose - plug it in - turn the main switch - done!
The operation will now continue until the dryer is uninstalled again. As long as the device is connected to the power supply, it will run reliably and there are no settings that can be changed or manipulated by mistake. This also applies in the event of a power failure: when the power comes back on, the dehumidifier will continue its task with the same settings.
Thanks to the professional hot gas automation, it can also be used in cooler environments without any problems, although the dehumidification power decreases at cold temperatures, as with all condensation dryers. The built-in finned evaporator (cooling element) has an extremely high efficiency in temperate environments and can dry the air to just under 40% RH. The dryer is also equipped with a rotary piston compressor. This means that it can be transported and stored in any position.
Optional hygrostat
Should a hygrostat be required at some point to regulate the target humidity, the dryer is prepared so that the Trotec hygrostat HG110 can be connected directly using a jack plug. Please note the accessories.
Direct hose connection
With dryers of this strength, collecting water in an integrated bucket makes little sense, as this would constantly fill up. The water extracted from the air is therefore drained away via a directly connected hose. The hose must be laid in a downward direction, as there is no pump integrated into the dryer. Free-standing condensate pumps are optionally available if the water needs to be pumped up or out.
Suitable for unattended continuous operation
This "TTK" is suitable for longer, unattended drying operations. The exact operating time can be determined precisely using the hour counter that is integrated as standard. This is particularly useful for commercial applications. Thanks to the counter, it is also possible to determine whether the device was always in operation or whether it was switched off accidentally or intentionally.
Hydrofluoroolefin (R-454C) as an environmentally friendly refrigerant in dehumidifiers
Every year, synthetic refrigerants release several million tons of environmentally harmful CO2 emissions (greenhouse gases) into the air. Therefore, the use of alternative refrigerants is one of our most important goals. By using hydrofluoroolefin (R-454C) as a refrigerant, this dehumidifier makes a valuable contribution to climate protection.
The natural refrigerant hydrofluoroolefin (R-454C) is an organic compound and is classified as a hydrocarbon. In contrast to synthetic refrigerants, environmentally friendly hydrofluoroolefin (R-454C) has neither ozone depletion potential (ODP=0) nor a significant greenhouse effect (GWP=146).
Additional benefit for the environment: Due to its excellent thermodynamic properties, hydrofluoroolefin (R-454C) is a particularly energy-efficient refrigerant and thus also reduces your energy costs.
