Gann Hydromette UNI2 moisture meter

Description

The UNI 2 is an electronic and universal triple measuring device to which a wide range of active electrodes can be connected, as with the smaller UNI1 model. In addition, all building moisture measuring electrodes that are based on the resistance measuring principle can be connected.

The following measuring ranges can be determined.

• Building moisture
• Humidity
• Air temperature
• Material temperature
• Surface temperature

Measurements cannot be taken with the UNI2 alone. The desired active electrodes (sensors) are also required, which are connected to the measuring device. The following active electrodes can be connected:

• B 50, B 60 and LB 70 for non-destructive moisture measurement and indication in ceilings, walls, floors and other building materials
• MB 35 for surface moisture measurement on concrete
• MH 34 for measuring high moisture levels (40–200%) in softwood
• IR 40 EL for measuring surface temperature, thermal bridges and dew point temperature
• RF-T 28, RH-T 37 EL and RH-T 37 EL flex for humidity and air temperature measurement and
• all Pt 100 temperature sensors.

We usually have the B50 and B60 as well as the RF-T 28, RH-T 37 flex in stock, but we can also order any other electrode for you at advantageous prices. The delivery time is approximately 14 days from the order.

Using the device and evaluating the data requires some knowledge of moisture measurement. The device is therefore particularly suitable for air conditioning technicians, water damage assessors, insurance companies and as a supplement to a wood moisture meter. If you are looking for a moisture meter that is easier to use, take a look at our handheld measuring devices, which are also available with good precision and at a significantly lower price.
